If Martin, SCM or Felder had designed these tables they would be double the price if not more. However, fortunately for you we are a young start up with brilliant ideas and amazing execution. That being said we know we cannot charge what they are truly worth. So now you get to purchase something that will last a lifetime and make your lives safer more accurate and repeatable for a fraction of the value. -16'' overall width
-3/4'' thick aluminum top.
- 3/16'' structural aluminum tube for main structure.
-3'' standard thickness capacity that can easily be changed out to 5'' or greater.
-Standard fence is 20''x2'' x 0.5'' solid aluminum
-Table is coated with non-slip clear material that can easily be recoated at any time with a quick scuff and spray.
- All fasteners and hardware are 100% aluminum and stainless.
-1/4'' NPT quick change air fittings on all parts and clamps
- One pc linear rail is available for purchase up to 84'' in length.
One pc linear rail is rated at 750 lbs. maximum compression load (vertical load)
550 lbs. maximum tension load (horizontal or side as pushing through tooling)
This rail is very easy to install and requires no extra support for longer lengths when centered on a standard shaper table of 35'' or longer but we do suggest adding temporary supports under if possible. If it is being placed on a shorter machine you will need to purchase an optional extension kit for longer rails that easily bolts onto existing machinery.

Single overhead clamp on bridge has over 300 lbs. of pressure.
Horizontal clamp has 75 lbs. of pressure to push stock tight to fence before overhead clamp engages which is sequenced in this fashion and is easily adjustable.
Standard 800mm rail with purchase of table and rail
Larger one pc linear rails are available up to 84'' in length with a 2.25'' overall height off the machine table when combined with our sleds.
This sled is perfect for the shop that does everything. It is heavily designed for the fabrication of interior and exterior doors with large rails and large thickness capacity in mind.
Vertical clamp has well over 300lbs of clamping force on the combined double pressure bar. A second overhead clamp and pressure bar can easily be added with our custom quick change clamp plate.
Pressure is easily adjusted for harder or softer woods via pressure control switch located at the operators fingertips.
If you already have a sliding table shaper purchase the table only or purchase the entire setup for standard machines. If your existing table does not slide perfectly true, then I would suggest purchasing the entire unit to get the benefits of the new linear rails. Turn any shaper into a true coping machine!
