Batch Production System Overview:
Units will be produced in small control batches (initially 6 units per batch.)
No inventory will be stocked; all units are built to order within a batch reservation system.
Each batch closes once full, and production begins after closure.
Pricing will be fixed per batch in the $4500-$5000 range.
Multi-unit orders (2-4 units) are allowed within batch capacity, but do not change per unit pricing.
Lead times are tied to batch completion and production schedule.
Setup & Integration Plan:
Units will initally be offered with compatibility for Steff mounting brackets.
Brackets will be sourced at favorable pricing to support early deployment.
Future iterations may include in-house bracket manufacturing once volume justifies tooling investment.

As soon as the feeder was run and performed as envisioned , it became clear this system represents a significant step forward in capability and design direction.
This initial success supports scaling into production planning, tooling investment and potential equipment expansion such as welding capability for in-house fabrication.
