The capabilities of the new UVCT are completely unmatched by anything on the market. It’s truly amazing machine. Hundreds of hours of research and design and over 30 years of custom jig and fixture making have led to the culmination of the one-of-a-kind beast.
This is the newest addition to our industrial series of linear sliding table coping sleds and this introductory price will not last long!

IF you know tools and machinery you know that big manufacturers would easily charge double for a fixture like this. If Martin, SCM or Felder had designed these tables they would be double the price if not more. However, fortunately for you we are a young start up with brilliant ideas and amazing execution. That being said we know we cannot charge what they are truly worth. So now you get to purchase something that will last a lifetime and make your lives safer more accurate and repeatable for a fraction of the value. These prices will absolutely be going up once this name has been established and we have built a reputable name. We simply will not be able to stay in business at these prices, but you have to start somewhere,
When used for making lock miter drawers this machine has a capacity of:
-15’’ width of parts or height of drawers
-1’’ material thickness but can easily be adjusted to well over 2’’ in just a few minutes
-Cope interior and exterior door rails of 12’’ wide x 2’’ and thicker. With addition of optional clamping platens and removal of vertical table over 5’’ of thickness can be achieved.

H: 0.75’’ or 2.125’’ with linear guide
Any custom size can be made upon request.
When purchasing this product with a linear rail we only sell it with 1000mm rails or longer as this is the minimum length needed in order to slide the table out of the way to remove cutters from the machine, when mounting the rail centered on the cutterhead as recommended.
We recommend that this be bolted directly to the shaper or tenoner for a fixed machine application. AS long as you have a machine with a 3’’ or longer spindle you will have no issues using this table. As with all other applications the bigger and more powerful the machine the better. However, as a test I ran a similar set up on a 1 HP shaper with the same exact lock miter cutters and had no issues at all other than the table being larger than the machine itself!!!
The setup of this machine is very straight forward but does take some time. We recommend watching and following all the instructional videos that will be released to you in a special format before we ship out the first models. Once the machine is set up the only variable is your material thickness. If you plan to use it for only lock miter drawers which is what ours is used for you should be calibrating your stock off the sander or planer with a pair of calipers to make sure its within tolerance every time. I will explain this in the videos you will receive. However, if it is off or you change thickness it is relatively simple to adjust especially after you have one it for the first time and it is easier to set up than a standard lock miter cutter since we use an inboard fence for both positions.
These machines will ship within two to three weeks of purchase. The actual final design looks very much the same with a few structurally engineered changes. We will be making the overall unit more robust and even more rigid for more accurate work which will also allow for a greater capacity.
