• Uno2 patent pending feed system. This is a fixed feed system. This new industrial power feed comes with a half horse power 3 phase motor powered by a VFD controler, for forward reverse and full speed control range, with no loss of torque. This is an industrial feeder. Set up to run long and very short material of varying thicknesses without ever having to adjust the height. Run cabinet door stock from 0.75” through 1.0625” without changing a thing! You or your operators never have to change a thing. There’s nothing else even close. It’s going to change the way we feed all machinery in the future!

• Upgraded 6 place coping table. This table comes with 16” of width for coping up to 6 rails at a time.It comes with the upgraded 500lb clamps as well as a 250lb lay flat clamp that never needs to be moved as this has 200mm of reach.

• Numerically controlled manual outboard fence. Fence is built on a heavy duty linear table designed by WCT and bult in house. Comes with injdustrial grade digital read out. The fastest way to operate the machine.

• The new pneumatic anti snipe fence, now gives you the power along with our feed system to mill any width of stock without having to worry about the 1/8” principle. You can mill it a 1/32nd 1/16” or 1/8” its completley up to you now. You do however still have to cut your rails a 1/4” long as the standard machines are set up to take 1/8” off each end when coping. however you can custom order the machine to take off any amount from a 1/32 up on each end of the rails when coping.

• All dust collection with three 4’’ outlets. Integrated for machinery.

• Central blower for cleaning table and guides simultaneaously without stopping to grab a hose.

• Clipboard holder and bracket for job organization at the machine.

The 4 ½ “ standard tooling acn do up to an 11/16” wide profile. The 200mm tooling can do even larger than that.

Tooling with profiles and pricing from our catalog will be available to order by 3/12 to order. It wont cost much more than a standard set of insert tooling. We will have every standard profile and all custom profiles that fit within the geometry can be ordered upon request. That includes
