Numerically controlled manual outboard fence. Fence is built on a heavy duty linear table designed by WCT and bult in house. Comes with nemeric readout and optional digital readout. Simply turn the handle and adjust to your sticking width. Lock and go. The fastest way to operate the machine. These can also be purchased aftermnarket for future upgrades.
All dust collection with three 4’’ outlets. Integrated for machinery.
Dust hood raises automatically with intgegrated pneumatic controls.
Central blower for cleaning table and guides simultaneaously without stopping to grab a hose.

This is the full machine set up with the UNO2
This machine is fully set up with the UNO2 kit. We use a pc of 20”x48’’ aluminum to create the machine kit. This allows for and even a smaller spacer and more tool capacity on the spindle for straight cutters and panel cutters.
Standard outboard fence as seen on the UNO2 is also included so you havew two fence options.
Custom dust collection for overhead or floor moun included on standard kit. Overhead also allows for tool storage at the machine making tool changes faster and more efficient than ever before.
Shaker Insert tooling included.
Machinery is 5hp single phase with plug ready to go to work the moment your get it.
We will leave the shaker cutters on so you can plug and play.

-24’’x 48’’x 0.5’’ aluminum table.
Aluminum table has 36 holes for indexing the outboard fence alone. the outboard fence has a matching hole pattern in it with 12 different off set holes, meaning you never have to clamp again.
-heavy duty linear sliding table 0.75’’ thick aluminum table is now 12 1/2” wide and 19 1/2” long. Is now supported on true Hiwin styled linear guides.
The outboard fence is a piece of 1/2” by 4” solid phenolic material with 7 holes for index positioning.
-Patent pending installation kit to simplify the install on your machine. Kit includes spacer, bushings for 0.75’’ and 1’’ spindles. ¼ 20 flat head bolts. ¼ 20 tap with drill bit . We will have a full instructional video of how to install the mach8ine on youtube, tik tok and the wicked cool tools website.
-Installation manual with specs for adjustment and exactly how far to bush your cutters to never have to adjust your cutters manually again.

The system is based off of 1/8” stock removal on both ends of the cope as well as 1/8” stock removal on the sticking. This allows use of the sliding table to stick very small parts simply by moving the spindle up to the correct position via supplied digital read out.
Tooling with profiles and pricing from our catalog will be available to order by 3/12 to order. It wont cost much more than a standard set of insert tooling. We will have every standard profile and all custom profiles that fit within the geometry can be ordered upon request. That includes
