UNO Premium Kit
The standard fence takes approximately one to two minutes - or less - to position, making this package an
excellent choice for shops that primarily produce a few standard sticking widths.
The package includes:
■ Complete UNO processing kit

■ Complete double-sided cope-and-stick capability
■ Short-part sticking using the coping table
PRODUCTION: 45-60 cabinet doors per hour with one operator.
Maximum sticking width: 10 inches.
Shaper is not included.
SHAPER REQUIREMENT: To use an UNO kit, we recommend a shaper with a 1-1/4-inch spindle and 4
inches of tool-stack capacity. A smaller-diameter spindle may be used, but it is not recommended.
Regardless of spindle diameter, the shaper must provide a full 4 inches of usable tool-stack capacity
beneath the spindle nut when the nut is fully engaged. This requirement must be met to install and
operate the product safely.

For intermittent use; not recommended for large production.
WCT feed unit with standard-duty single-phase feed motor
Pre-coped parts as short as 3 inches can be sticked through the WCT feed unit.
STANDARD-DUTY SINGLE-PHASE FEED MOTOR
Suitable for up to one hour of continuous use. This is not a continuous-duty
motor and is not recommended for large production.
Rails: allow 1/4 inch extra length over the desired finished size.
Each end pass removes 1/8 inch, for 1/4 inch total.
Spring-loaded snipe fence and bolt-down outboard fence
STOCK PREPARATION - SLIDING TABLE ONLY
Only short parts stuck on the sliding table need 1/8 inch extra width,
because the sliding table is set to remove 1/8 inch per pass.
Feeder sticking requires no precise 1/8-inch oversizing.
