UNO Entry-Level Aluminum Kit
Perfect for smaller shops producing one or two kitchens per week - or
less. At one kitchen per week, the average estimated payback and ROI is
only 6-8 months.
The kit includes:
■ Full aluminum UNO processing plate and coping table
■ UNO dust shroud
■ Special installation and alignment bushing

■ Mounting provisions for a full-size or track power feeder
■ Choice of full-height dust risers or one short riser for feeder clearance
The precision installation bushing aligns the UNO kit to within a few thousandths of an inch every time.
Installation takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Once installed, simply mount your feeder and start making
doors.
PRODUCTION: 30-45 cabinet doors per hour with one operator.
Maximum sticking width: 8 inches with the standard fence. The fence can easily be modified when occasional
wider parts need to be processed.
Short parts are safely sticked by raising the shaper spindle, positioning the sticking head at the correct height,
and processing the secured parts on the coping table.
A full-size multi-wheel or track feeder is strongly recommended. Mini feeders should not be used.
Power feeder and shaper are not included.
SHAPER REQUIREMENT: To use an UNO kit, we recommend a shaper with a 1-1/4-inch spindle and 4
inches of tool-stack capacity. A smaller-diameter spindle may be used, but it is not recommended.
Regardless of spindle diameter, the shaper must provide a full 4 inches of usable tool-stack capacity
beneath the spindle nut when the nut is fully engaged. This requirement must be met to install and
operate the product safely.
POWER FEEDER NOT INCLUDED
Customer must supply their own power feeder.

Short-part sticking on the sliding table: allow 1/8 inch extra width.
The sliding table removes 1/8 inch per pass.
Rails: allow 1/4 inch extra length; each end pass removes 1/8 inch.

Dust riser configuration depends on where you install your power feeder.
If you mount your feeder to the right of the coping table at our designated mounting
position, the vertical dust port uses a short riser. This allows the power-feed post to
extend over the riser, with the 4-inch flexible dust hose positioned against the post.
